 ED TECH CONFERENCE

At the US Dept. of Education, BCV Solutions provided administrative support to a major subcontractor in managing and coordinating the annual “Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Educational Technology Interventions (ED TECH)” Conferences. In delivering reliable logistical support, BCV Solutions was recognized in its efficient management of pre-conference, conference and post-conference activities, and the dissemination of ED TECH information and materials to attending teachers and trainers.

Additionally, our experienced team was tasked to handle the registration, arranging travel and lodging for participating teachers, meals and refreshments during training sessions, as well as, providing financial management in the payments of honoraria.


 STRIVERS' READERS PROGRAM PEER REVIEW & CONFERENCE
Again at the US Dept of Education, BCV Solutions provided the highest quality logistical, administrative and management support for the Agency’s “Strivers’ Readers Program Peer Review” for 600 attendees.  Our team enthusiastically delivered extensive services in support to the Prime Contractor in electronic peer review, grant management, mailings and material development, conference support, invoice preparation, payment of grant reviewer honoraria, database development and communications. Our Prime recognized the plethora and dedication of our resources being a key component in their success with their Agency customer.

 SOFTWARE DEVELOPERS' CONFERENCE

For our customer’s annual “IRS Software Developers’ Conference” for the Internal Revenue Service, the BCV Solutions senior Logistics and Technical staff successfully prepared and managed logistical and conference support to the team responsible for all pre-conference activities for over 450 attendees, including notification and marketing activities, secure on-line registration, Cyber Café implementation, website development, help desk and full service Cyber Café design and implementation, detailed registration count, conference material preparation that included program binders, CD-ROMs, name badges, conference materials and collection of evaluation sheets.


 ASSOCIATION OF CONTINUITY PLANNING SYMPOSIUM

The Association of Continuity Planners (DC Chapter) tasked our team to assist in the acquisition of subject matter experts, various speakers and exhibitors for its fall 2007 “Association of Continuity Planners Conference Symposium and Exhibition”.

BCV Solutions delivered distinctive conference planning, logistical and administrative support.  Our team partnered closely with the Chapter to understand its needs and challenges while executing our responsibility for national registration activities, meals and refreshments, meeting facilitation ,marketing and promotion, vendor support, A/V equipment, speaker platform development and preparation and dissemination of pre-conference and conference communication materials.


 ARCHITECTURE, ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION PROJECT CONFERENCE
BCV Solutions' senior planners assisted The American Small Business Coalition at their “Architecture, Engineering and Construction Projects Conference” hosted by the US State Department in November 2007. Our team was responsible for conference logistical support, including exhibition logistics, A/V preparation, facilitating speaker presentations, coordinating with US State Department officials serving as review panelists, and registration management.
