The management team of BCV Solutions, Inc. brings over 20 years of expertise in partnering with government, commercial and educational customers to deliver premier technology solutions. The firm’s founders and management team understand the mission, needs and challenges facing our government and corporate customers first-hand, after serving in various technical and managerial positions both within federal and corporate enterprises.

Karen Lynn Bell, Co-Founder and CEO of BCV Solutions, brings her extensive expertise from managing enterprise-wide IT systems integrations rich in life cycle management, cyber-security, disaster recovery, document management, and technical support. Prior to founding BCV Solutions, Ms. Bell was Sr. Systems Integrator/Engineer at Lockheed Martin and Sr. Technical Solutions Manager at IBM. She holds a B.A. in Economics from George Washington University, and certifications in MCSE, INFOSEC, and Systems Engineering.

Avis Yvette Bell, Co-Founder and CTO of BCV Solutions, is responsible for ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of all technical solutions from a strong alignment with customer requirements through deployment and support.  An Electronic and Network Engineer by training, Ms. Avis Bell has broad experience in software testing and Q&A, risk assessments, IP video surveillance, electronic and satellite systems engineering. Ms. Bell previously held senior technical positions at USDA, Honeywell, OAO and CSC Corp. She holds a B.S. degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from Capitol College and certifications in MCSE, CCNA and HTI+.
